Kaveh Ebrahimpour is an acclaimed Canadian/Iranian filmmaker, writer, and producer with a rich history of storytelling that resonates across international borders. With a BA in Cinema and a major in Editing from the Art University of Tehran, Kaveh began his creative journey through the art of movie trailers, photography, and poster design, eventually transitioning into directing and producing films and commercials.
Film Successes: Kaveh has made significant contributions to cinema with acclaimed films like “A Ceremony for a Friend” (2015), which garnered global recognition, including an official selection at TIFF and awards at Strasbourg Fantastic Film Festival and beyond. His “Day for Night” (2018) was featured at Montreal’s Festival du Nouveau Cinéma. His feature debut, “Yahya Didn’t Keep Quiet” (2015), won Best Feature Film at Lebanon’s Tripoli Film Festival and has been praised internationally.
